End of Summer Island Party

Mission

To unite residents for the preservation, beautification and enjoyment of our small beach community.

Indian Rocks Beach Homeowners Association, founded in 1970, is a 501c(4) non-profit corporation to promote community unity. We do that by providing opportunities for residents and local businesses to meet and get better acquainted in a friendly and informal manner during adult and family social events throughout the year. All proceeds generated by our major annual events help fund worthwhile projects and causes that directly benefit our city.

By promoting positive interaction between our residents, presenting events that directly benefit our local businesses and funding community projects, the IRB Homeowners Association contributes to the overall health and well-being of the community. All Indian Rocks Beach residents and businesses are invited to join in the fun! You need not be a homeowner to become a member; all residents are eligible. Here are our most recent  By Laws 12.14 Adopted November 2013.
